We all go through times when life seems to lose its meaning.  Painful memories from the past, struggles in the present, and concerns about the future can make it difficult to cope with everyday life.  Whether you feel anxious, depressed, or lonely or worried about relationships and family life, you will find talking it through with someone who's been trained to listen will help.

I offer a reflective and supportive space where you can talk openly about what’s going on for you. Together we’ll explore your experiences, relationships, and the patterns that may be keeping you stuck - paying attention not only to what has happened, but how it feels to share it. My aim is to help you feel more at ease with yourself, more connected in your relationships, and freer to live in a way that feels authentic. Therapy can create room for new ways of relating to yourself and your life, so you don’t have to continue carrying everything alone.

I offer one to one therapy both online and in person.  My in person work is held in Queen's Park, NW6.
